Terms and Conditions
POSTAGE: Prices include postage and packing. Cakes and cupcakes are sent by special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm: you will need to sign for the delivery. Choco, energy and fudge balls are sent 1st class recorded which usually arrives the next day, but may take up to five days to arrive: again you will need to sign for the delivery. Books are sent 1st class.
PAYMENT: Payment is through Paypal who will send you a confirmation. Fairfoods will send you a second confirmation when we have received the order to let you know when it will be dispatched.
DISPATCH: We endeavour to send out all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed, however please allow a minimum of 5 working days from the day of the order being placed for dispatch of your goods. This particularly applies over public holidays. If you require your order on or before a certain date please contact us before placing the order.
REPLACEMENTS: If the cakes/cupcakes/balls/books arrive damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Evidence of damage will be required (e.g. photographs). We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we require the item/s to be returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.
PHOTOGRAPHS: There may be slight variations in the appearance of the items shown in the photographs.
