I took home your recipe booklet and my partner Jon was inspired to make your Lemony Vanilla cake, well I have to say it was the most fantastic cake we have ever made or eaten!!. Jon made the GF version as my vegan son has a wheat intolerance (he was the one coming back for seconds, thirds, fourths etc of your mini quiches!! - sorry!) Your food was delicious and just shows that cruelty free food is not only ethically superior but tastes better too!"

Many wheat-free cooks offer only sweet solutions to people like me - Clare, though, has cleverly created delicious savouries (as well as sweet products), which make a lovely lunch-time or tea-time treat. Her baby breads & creamy vegetable pie are my favourites.

"Fairfoods has a great instinct for creating yummy dishes. Not only that, but they will keep within your budget like almost no other caterer. The food is homely, comforting and delicious.
Try them for vegetarian special events such as weddings and anniversaries, conferences, office meetings and parties. They could even provide your dinner party meals. Everyone's minds are likely to be very warm towards vegan delights as a result. Even their egg-free dairy-free gluten-free quiches would fool most people. Children and adults alike will enjoy the spread - it won't even scare off granddad!"

"Fairfoods are a lovely company who seem to exist to make vegans very happy. I encountered them last year at the London Vegan Festival and bought a slice of the greatest cake (vegan or non vegan) that I have ever eaten. My boyfriend happily ate a slice of coconut custard pie and was very impressed, and I kept coming back for more cake throughout the day. I'm thrilled with the food I've eaten from Fairfoods and hope that many others get the same opportunity."
