Veganuary Special
Our very first market of 2019 celebrates Veganuary. Here is the line up of stall holders and a bit about the Veganuary Fringe taking place within the market.

The market runs Saturday 19th January from 10-2.30pm at Exeter Corn Exchange, Market Street, EX1 1BW. Entry is FREE. Parking, bus and rail info here.

The aim of the market is to promote veganism and cruelty free living to protect animals and the environment. Help us reduce waste – please bring your own bags and food containers!

Exeter Friends For Animals
EFFA consists of a wide diversity of people who campaign locally in Exeter on animal issues. If you would like to join EFFA, please come and chat at the stall in the main foyer! EFFA will also have info on other local campaigns.

Veganuary Fringe Hangout Space

Join the conversation, come and have a chat about any aspect of veganism and ask questions. With friendly people, comfy seats, vegan jenga and a recipe book table for inspiration. You’ll find the Veganuary Fringe in the room directly behind you as you come up the stairs.

Fairfoods
Vegan catering for festivals, fairs, weddings and birthdays. Cover Exeter, Tiverton and the south west. The menu for January includes mac n cheese with pesto and extra cheese sauce; lasagne, broccoli cashew and black bean sauce with rice; hot sausage rolls, pasties and salad boxes.

The Really Good Food Co
Will have paninis: breakfast panini; mama’s marinara with ‘meat’ balls; harissa roasted veg; and green griller. They’ll also have filled artisan baguettes: chuna salad; beetroot falafel; waldorf; and coronation chicken style.

Veganuary Taster Table
Free vegan food tasters! Including tasters from Bute Island, Clearspring, Moo Free, Nakd and VBites.

Hot Drinks also available with all proceeds to EFFA. Only £1.00. You can also refill your water bottles in the drinks area.

Offering a range of savoury bakes and pastries, alongside cakes, snacks and sweet treats. All carefully made by hand in Exeter. Expect new flavours at every market as well as the classics… and the meanest Lemon Drizzle in all the land! All gluten-free.

Smoked Chilli, Cinnamon Raisin and Dark Chocolate.

Independent chocolate house selling fresh handmade chocolates.

Dartmoor Chilli Farm
Eco-friendly chilli farm based on the edge of Dartmoor. Indulge all your chilli cravings with chilli sauces, chilli oils, dried and fresh chillies, chilli preserves and chilli chocolate

Join the campaign against hunting.

Ebb Tides Seaweeds
Ebb Tides harvest seaweeds of the Devon Coast and create products for the table. Their Seaweed Box will have it’s first outing at the market. It’s a cute little box packed with three delicious Devon seaweeds. Plus their new seaweed gin called Seashore will also be on display for the first time.

Exeter Babies
Run a venue for new families. Focus on reusable products, breastfeeding and slings. Washable sanitary towels, baby wipes and nappies.

FIT Movement *NEW
Women’s health and fitness. Fully qualified and experienced in ante/postnatal fitness, and menopausal fitness, as well as pelvic floor healing. Run pre/postnatal classes and courses in Exeter. Also work with women who are peri-to-menopausal.

From Nature
With vegan cheeses, fudge, pasties and samosas. From Nature are also at Taunton Farmers Market every Thursday (check their FB page for updates).

Good Carma Foods
Specialise in a range of vegan cheese. Includes the Flavour Fusion Range of parmesan alternatives and new product Spread Sensation – a cashew based mature cheddar cheese alternative.

Ground Up Cookery
Jams, hunny, ferments and preserves. With a focus on seasonal and foraged foods.

How On Earth
Specialists in seitan meat alternatives, including Southern Fried Chicken style, and ‘ham, ‘bacon’ and pepperoni.

A husband and wife team committed to producing ethical, organic lifestyle products. They’ll have handprinted t-shirts and reusable produce bags.

Naturally Bread
New breads include Walnut loaf and Fig & Fennel Spelt loaf alongside Naturally Bread’s inimitable Cheezey Breadsticks! Plus Focaccia Breads, Quiche and Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bites. The January Market will see Naturally Bread launching their new delivery service for Exeter and across the UK. – “Bakes in a Box” – visit the stall to find out how to order.

The Natural Spa
Vegan toiletries including soaps, shampoos, conditioners, bath salts, body scrubs and accessories. They are also launching their new zero waste travel/starter kits, 50% of the profits go to Jacobs Ridge Animal Sanctuary.

New Haven Project
100% natural vegan soaps, shampoo, cosmetics and eco soy candles, vegan hunny and preserves. All profits go to their rescue animals.

Noda’s Foods
Original Mojo Picón, sauces from the Canary Islands, Spain. Flavours are mango & habanero, red pepper, coriander & jalapeno and hot curry. Plus olives and caramelised almonds with mojo.

Polymath Arts *NEW
Handmade tie-dye, fabric patchwork and quilting, jewellery, fabric-covered note books, bags and baskets.

Red Panda Exeter/Curious Drinks *NEW
Red Panda, based in Gandy Street Exeter, have teamed up with Emma Davies to bring you Curious Kombucha in a variety of flavours.

Shillingford Organics
Local organic veg producers with organic vegetables, herbs, salad and fruit.

Soap Daze
Vegan small batch soaps and skin products: soaps, facecloths, soap dishes, facial oil and cleansing grains.

The Vegan Candy Co *NEW
A small family run vegan sweet company specialising in old fashioned pick and mix, from jellies and hard boiled candy to mints and sherberts.

Yumptious *NEW
Handmade, organic and palm oil free savoury snacks and sweet treats bursting with flavour! To include filled naan bread, pizza filled calzones, cheese and pesto twists, garlic mushroom rolls, aquafaba meringues and strawberry scones with jam and cream.
